May 2015 BOM

Here is another one of my original designs.

You will see the quilt block and then under that is the layout of all the individual blocks.
Pay attention to where the colors are and how the blocks are turned. 

To make this quilt block you will need a 2 1/2" template

You will also need to learn to make my Star Point Blocks

 there are 4 diamonds(background color) in the center of the star points. You could put a color in there if you chose. sometimes I do and sometimes I leave it the background color. 

I prefer to use the squares on the outside rows because I get a better more accurate quilt block. but if you would prefer to use a strip in place of those 4 squares you are more than welcome to do so. It's your quilt block do it how you are most comfortable.

    The quilt suggestion just means if you make several of this quilt block and sew them together this is what the quilt would look like. I guess I should be more specific.

      It shows on my computer just fine. Can you see the quilt block? Not sure what the problem is for you. I'll have someone else check and see if they can see it or not. I don't know what to tell you.
